My first time here was great but after that I had the weirdest experience and I hate to leave a bad review but ugh. I went in for a 4pm… read more appointment. Was rushed into a seat and not attended to for about 15 mins, then someone came over to wrap and soak my dip nails and I sat for 35 mins with zero interaction. Truly thinking they forgot about me. As someone who always gets dip this is not typical it’s a quick soak and then shaved off with a dremel. I showed the tech what I wanted and she said no?? I’m thinking she meant no SHE couldn’t do it but still unclear. She Spoke to another tech, and then walked away to do a pedicure without mention to me. Just walked away with me sitting there. Ten mins later a new tech comes over and rushes through my dip and ombré application. Destroyed my cuticles because there was no care or removal just clipped around them quick. My nail shape was so wonky and the dip was SO thick and looked so weird. The whole time I felt like the inconvenience even though I had the appointment. They were SLAMMED and continued to take walk ins even though it was clear they didn’t have the capacity. I get the hustle and desire to make money but at the cost of a crappy experience for customers it’s not worth it.
